Basically, you can deposit your vehicle key safely in our safe on request.
For booked additional services, such as e.g. B. our tank service, we need the key during your absence.
Please note that in the event of high occupancy of our parking space, it may happen that a key delivery is required so that we can optimally place your vehicle.
Yes, your vehicle is safe with us. Our parking spaces are camera monitored around the clock, so you can park your car calmly during your trip with us.
As soon as you arrive with us, you will be warmly welcomed by our team at the reception. We support you in unloading your luggage. Then we will assign you a parking space. Afterwards we will clarify 2–3 formalities before you are comfortably brought to the airport with our shuttle.
That is not a problem at all. Please inform us in this case as early as possible by telephone at +49 1525 7539791, so that we can plan the further process together and ensure a smooth handling.
No, you do not have to bring your own raised seat. For our small guests, sufficient suitable seat increases are available free of charge. Your children travel safely and comfortably.
Yes, luggage is included. However, if there are several pieces of luggage, we ask you to book them beforehand.
The journey to Frankfurt Airport takes approx. 10 – 15 minutes
Upon your return, we ask you to contact us as soon as you have collected your luggage and are at Terminal 1, Departure Area B6. So we can plan your pickup smoothly.
Our shuttle service will take you exclusively to Frankfurt Airport, Terminal 1 – Departure Area B6.
If you depart from Terminal 2, you can easily and free of charge take the shuttle bus or the SkyLine train directly there.
As an addition, you can book the following services

- Car washing service

- Tank service
For the basic booking without additional services, the following services are included:
- If necessary child seat(s) for your child(s)
- Parking for your vehicle
